You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Subscribe & Save orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll help you pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime.
